Recently, a friend shared a story that really moved me. She had family in town and stocked her kitchen with all kinds of food she wouldn't normally buy. When her guests left, some of it went untouched—but instead of tossing it, she packed it into her car each day with the intention of giving it to someone who needed it more.
For a few days, she didn't cross paths with anyone she felt called to offer it to. But then—she did.
She spotted a man on the side of the road and felt a pull. She turned on her hazards, got out of her car, placed the food on a nearby bench, pointed toward it, and told him, "This is for you!" Then, she safely returned to her car.
As she drove off, she looked in her rearview mirror and saw the man place one hand over his heart, look to the sky, and mouth the words: "Thank you." Tears begin to well up in her eyes. She knew, at that moment, that the gift had landed exactly where it was meant to.
Affirmation: Through kindness, I contribute to the world. I trust that even the smallest act of compassion can create a ripple of good.

This week, let's make a conscious effort to:
🫶🏼 Offer without expectation.
🫶🏼 Act when we feel a nudge to give.
🫶🏼 Trust that our kindness, no matter how small, matters.
We never know how one gesture could be the thing that restores someone’s faith, lifts someone’s spirits, or reminds someone that they're seen.
Kindness isn't about recognition—it's about connection. Let's keep choosing it. The ripple effect is real.
